I have been fly fishing for about 22 years now, in particular in the waters of Central/South Italy.
Thirteen years ago, I have then crowned my passion by opening the Fly Fishing Shop Ale & Fly Pesca, situated in Pescara.

When it comes to fly fishing, I believe it’s important to have an all-round knowledge of all related techniques. I often alternate various styles according to the river I fish in, i.e. dry, nymph, or streamer fly fishing.
During my life, I was lucky enough to fish in different places in Italy and abroad, such as Patagonia, Argentina, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Bosnia. Each and every place has helped me become a better angler.

Last but not least, I have had the pleasure to collaborate with magazines such as “Pesca In”, “Fly Fishing” and “Fly Fishing and Spinning”, with various articles on itineraries and technical insights.

I offer nymph fishing courses and also teach how to improve your cast.
